Professional instructors conduct all TRAX training sessions. Each trainer has in-depth knowledge of all TRAX Systems, along with extensive field experience. This foundation provides the necessary tools to efficiently train clients in useage of any of our systems.

TRAX offers several training options based on the client's needs.

Internet Based Training is designed for a single user who will operate TRAX at a basic level. The training is conducted in one-hour increments, and targets setup and field system preparation. Users who have a good understanding of databases and Windows are good candidates for this training option. Internet based training is also provided to existing users who require follow-up training, or have new employees who will be operating the system.

Custom On-Site Training is designed for clients who require more comprehensive training on TRAX, or need to have multiple personnel trained in a single session. Each session is customized to the customer's specific use of TRAX'S, and includes working with the client in building their live database setups. On-site training includes database set-up and preparation, data uploads, report generation, and on-going database maintenance.
