1. Provides an extended
warranty on all TRAX hardware...Even if a unit is
hit by lightning, we will repair or replace your hardware to insure you receive
your hourly traffic counts and closing ratios. The only thing we can
not cover is theft. This only applies with new AGC
equipment. (Newer than December 2005) If you have old
hardware Received between 1998 and 2005 this needs to be replaced at a total investment of $250
per entrance.
2. We fired
our original engineering firm, spent about $200-K
and totally re-designed the optics and programming for the
traffic counters. We
added several new features like diagnostic tools and a cool new
item called AGC "Auto Gain Control", which measures
ambient light in your entryway every millisecond. This new traffic counter guarantees
extreme accuracy. It eliminates the possibility that ambient
light (florescent lighting or sunlight off a windshield) can affect any counts and makes it ten times easier to line
up and maintain. We will replace any old traffic counter at cost.
3. We have
hired
additional technical staff to respond more
quickly to any issue that you may have. Each tech is
responsible for a limited number of clients, their job is to
identify issues and quickly solve problems before you see them.
Our goal is to provide same day service, which we can not
guarantee, but we will try to turn all problems around within 24
hours. Our counters also come with automatic failure
notification. If a counter fails you and our tech team are
notified the next morning by email.
4. We have
also hired
two new programmers who have already created numerous
enhancements that are absolutely incredible. I
received some advice from my friend Brad Parker (a very
successful six store LA-Z-BOY dealer in Oregon) who suggested
benchmarking in our reports and based on this we have created a new
Performance Summary and IGE report that will impress even the
most discerning manager. It
simply permits you to view all of your sales people and instantly
compare them to the company average for each category. If they
are above the company average their specific number is displayed
in Green and if they are below the company average their number
is displayed in red and you instantly see who needs a coaching
session. The Performance Letter has been enhanced and the
Revenue Per Up report (if you have multiple stores) permits you
to view all stores simultaneously and now creates incredible
comparisons between the traffic counter, activity on the UpBoard
and Visual Proof picture system. You will see many new (thoroughly tested)
enhancements, which are released very often. If you have an
idea for a new report or feature (if it's not too crazy) we will
create this for you at no additional charge.
5. Global Networking
has been greatly enhanced. We have added a very
powerful $20,000 Raid level 10 mirrored servers to our system that
is three times faster and has major redundancy and security
features that insure your management data is available to you 24
X 7 X 365.

Feature #1.
We have created the ability for your system to be notified if
your traffic counter or Visual Proof Camera System fails for any
reason. There is a new checkbox located under ADMINISTRATION
then SHOWROOM and when you select edit you will see these two new
boxes. If you do not have the Visual Proof Camera System then
only check the Traffic TRAX box. If your traffic counter fails
for any reason our tech support team and you will receive an
email the next morning.
Feature #2.
We have created an automatic paging system that will page a
salesperson when they move from position 3 to position 2 on the
upboard. It will send a silent page directly to that
employees cell phone or to their pager. All you need to do
is set it up in the Employee section (located in administration
on eTRAX). You will need to enter the phone or pager number
(no spaces or dashes) and also select from the dropdown the
correct cell phone company that applies. Please see red

It will take up
to 120 seconds from a cell phone to page because it acts like an
email and goes through virus scanning but we are working on the
speed. It should be much faster with a pager.
Feature #3.
We now help you track overflow in real time on the Upboard. You
may have noticed the new buttons on the lower left called [
Increase (+) ] and [ Decrease
(-) ]. These new buttons allow you to help track how many
customers a salesperson is working with at one time. When a
salesperson has a second or third customer ask for them on the
floor, highlight their name and select the increase button and
the number next to their name will increase by one. When they
enter an opportunity it will not move their name to the on deck
list until they have answered the basic four questions for each
customer they have worked with. This will help you during
overflow because it will tell you who not to bother and who might
need extra assistance to close sales.
If one of the
overflow customers happens to be a relative or friend and should
not be considered a customer then simply select the [
Decrease (-) ] button and the
number next to the salespersons name is reduced by one.
Feature #4.
This next item has been out for a while now but it is worth
mentioning again. We can now synchronize with most POS systems
so that when a salesperson makes a sale, all of the customer
information is instantly imported into eTRAX so the salesperson
will not need to retype any sold customer information or the sale
amount. This is a free service from TRAX but there is a one time
(inexpensive) setup fee.
The Friedman Group Training
