From the UpBoard select Open Opportunity then Sold

Select Return on the previous sale that will be credited.

Enter the Return Amount, and when everyone enters a return reason you will also learn what sales associates are possibly doing things that cause more refunds than necessary. Are they over-promising on occasion?
