You have an option with TRAX and can select how you gather data on the sales you did not make or you may track how far the salesperson was able to get in the selling process. In other words if you change the Reasons categories on the UpBoard with the steps of the selling process you will easily determine how far your average employee gets in the selling process and what specifically is happening with each salesperson on your sales floor.
Simply number each step one through eight or nine, depending on your company and procedures.
