Ensure Accuracy “Employee Activity

This report is very exciting.  This report may be brought up anytime while the up board is running or from Reports on a networked computer.  Select Salesperson Activity and it appears over the up board.  When it comes up it will select only activity for today’s date.  You may select any date range you want.  Please notice that you are presented with each opportunity every sales person has had, how much time spent with each customer, and important customer information.  You may even select each salespersons activity individually for a month or quarter for easy review.

Suggestions for use are:

·        At the end of each day, compare this report to your actual sales to insure all have been entered.

·        This report also tracks the reasons customers did not purchase by salesperson and the product category interested in.  It is a great assistant during coaching sessions.
