Dave:

We are slowly but surely getting things going. We are going to set all of

the sales people down and see what issues they have at the end of the month.

They all say it is a tool that will help them close more sales and will be a

the major part of our traffic log and follow up for customer service. It

will also be our only focus of coaching sales staff and keeping them on

track with real time information. You are free to use any of my comments as

you wish. I'm sure we will have more questions and suggestions as we go.
