We
have been using the Trax traffic
counter for several months now.
The system is easy to operate and
was an eye opening experience. We
never imagined how many times the
door opened in the course of the
business day! In the past two
weeks we have begun using the
upboard system along with the
traffic counter. We find this a
very useful tool in keeping up
with customers that are waited on
the sales floor every day. In
fact, we have replaced the paper
traffic with the system.
Dave,
Rene and Ray have all been very
helpful to deal with. Whenever a
minor problem arose they were
always willing to get it taken
care of and get us back on track
immediately.
