Just a note to say thanks for the
persistence in getting us on board
with the Trax System. I know it took
a little time to get us to move on
it, but I can honestly say that I am
delighted that we did.
The system has been beneficial in
allowing all of our sales staff in
each location see the "real numbers"
of customer contacts and their
individual sales results from those
contacts.
I do believe that it has helped our
productivity, especially in light of
the fact that we are really just
getting started with it. By that, I
mean that we haven't begun to use
its full potential in all of the
areas of contact management.
