Dave,
We ordered the Trax
System from you at market. It has
been fully operational in our
Chattanooga store now for about 3
months. It has been a real eye
opener. I thought we had a closing
ratio of around 18%. It turns out,
with our new counter, we're running
around 10%. That's really not what
I had wanted to see but I'm now
facing reality. Because of this and
the other features we are ordering
this system for our Knoxville store
and soon we will put it in our other
store in Chattanooga. I know that
we are only scratching the surface
of what this system can do for us.
We will continue to strive to make
full use of the features and
benefits of Trax and I believe that
in the end we will realize more of
our potential from using it.

Dear Dave
"I would like to take this
opportunity to thank Dave Mink
and TRAX for making my job, and
that of my salespeople, easier
in so many ways. We have been
using TRAX for 10 months now,
and the software has been
invaluable in providing our
stores with the REAL information
that we had been trying to track
manually, prior to going on
board with the system.
The system allows me to not only
track each customer that comes
through our doors in regards to
what they are looking for, what
brought them in, etc., it also
allows me to follow up with them
when we have future promotions.
My salespeople love the fact
that they are able to build a
customer list without having to
manually fill out index cards,
and at the click of a button,
have the information that they
need for follow up.
Also, I would highly recommend
tying in the TRAFFIC TRAX system
with the software, we have been
using it now for several months,
and are able to get an accurate
count of the OPPORTUNITIES, not
the number of people, that come
in the door. Other counters do
not track a family as one
opportunity, and they double
count people that come in, when
they go out. The statistics
that it provides, the layout of
the reports that I am able to
run, etc.- well, this tool is
fantastic!
Proof is in the numbers right? -
Well, our store after using and
tracking our customer base
through the system, finished #1
in sales performance in the
nation, two months in a row, and
I attribute much of the success
to the TRAX system, and the
information it provided me and
my sales staff to accomplish
this goal!
I also appreciate the fact that
the TRAX system is continuously
added to by your company, and I
look forward to each update, and
the new benefits that it will
provide me to make my job a
little easier and more
