UPDATE INSTALLATION PROCESS BACK
CLOSE ALL TRAXsales APPLICATIONS BEFORE EXTRACTING
Select the first update, double left click and select < I Agree >
Win-Zip may give you the option to run the Win-Zip Wizard or use Win-Zip Classic. Select Win-Zip Classic.
The Title bar will read < Win-zip unregistered > then the Version of the Update.
Below the title bar will be the Tool Bar which contain the options for < File, Actions, Options, Help >
Below this is a row of icons listed from left to right Titled < New, Open, Favorites, Add, Extract, View, Checkout, Wizard >.
Select Extract.
It is not necessary to select any of the files as you will be extracting all.
In the Extract window under the < Folders/Drives: >
Select the plus [+] next to the < My Computer >
Select the plus [+] next to the C:\
Select the plus [+] next to < Program Files >
Locate the TRAXsales folder.
Place your mouse on the icon of the folder to the left of the word TRAXsales and left click one-time.
The folder will appear to open.
Select the button titled < Extract > at the upper right of the Extract window.
A window will appear that will prompt you to < confirm File Overwrite > For each file that is in that Zip.
Select < Yes To All > This will start the install Process.
At the bottom right corner you will see a Red Ball.
When the process is complete The ball to the right of the red ball will turn green.
At this point you can close all open The windows and repeat this process with the other files.
