Laminated Reference Sheet (Post Next to UpBoard PC) 

When you arrive in the morning put your name on the UpBoard. 

When a customer comes in move your name to (On The Floor) and go make a sale. 

After the customer leaves select (Enter Opportunity) and answer the four basic questions. 

1. What was the zip?

2. If a sale was made, how much was it?

3. What specifically brought them in?

4. What product category did they look at or purchase?

2a. If a sale was not made, why not? 

Select (Save Opportunity) 

Note: Please Do Not Enter Customer Information While Your Customer Is Still In The Store.  If you are overrun with customers do not use this computer.   Enter your opportunities after all customers are gone.
