Largest Sale so far in Company History (sold by Daniel) $350K
Average Sale $15K
Projected Average Sale $25K

Even though we have over five million dollars invested in the development of our software and engineering of our hardware, these are not factored into our commision schedules.

Visual Proof Ave Gross Profit 70%
UpBoard Ave Gross Profit 80%
Average Gross Profit Overall 75%

Commission Plan

$0-50K per month 20% of Gross Profits
$50K – 100K per month 25% of Gross Profits
$100K plus per month 30% of Gross Profits

These commission percentages are retroactive.  IE: if you hit 100K on the last day of the month (50% minimum deposit received), all prior sales for that month you will receive the additional commisions immediately so that all sales for that period are paid at 30%  When a product is sold with half down you are paid the commission on the profit generated.

Partial payment deals.  For example 1/2 down transactions.  You will be paid the percentage of the profit of the deal received.

EXAMPLE 50 store deal at $2000 per location.  Total transaction = $100,000.  1/2 down =$50,000, cost on systems $30,000.  Profit remaining on down payment = $20,000 your first commission =$6,000.  When TRAX is paid $50,000 balance commission owed $15,000, Total commission paid $21,000

Annual Income

$100K Monthly Sales $21,000 = $252,000
$200K Monthly Sales $42,000 = $504,000
$300K Monthly Sales $63,000 = $768,000
$400K Monthly Sales $84,000 = $1,020,000
$500K Monthly Sales $105,000 = $1,272,000

Year 2 and beyond, every client we sell pays an approximate 15% maintenance agreement (first year free) and you receive the 20% commission for that volume as long as you work for our company. This additional override counts towards your overall volume. The profit margin on maintenance is 70%.

To Be Clear, if your average sales are $100K per month your average additional over-ride is:

100K creates 15K in maintenance and your commission is 20% = 3K per month assuming a $100,000 per month average.
Year one client has free maintenance
Year two $3,000 per month, additional annual income $36,000
Year three $6,000 per month, additional annual income $72,000
Year four $9,000 per month, additional annual income $108,000
Year five $12,000 per month, additional annual income $144,000
