It’s imperative that if you are not already that you become an expert on your selected industry including # of potential stores, layout and make up of a typical store.

This should be done by shopping several different locations and determining if they utilize traffic counters.

Google has many brilliant insightful articles and census facts that might also be helpful.  The main question is, what is the potential for you in this industry?

You also need to be an expert on giving the traffic counter executive briefing.  You should know this briefing forward and backwards and we have determined that it will take a minimum of five roll plays before you get comfortable.

We also need to work on and discuss lead and opportunity generation.  We will try to provide some cold leads of retailers in your industry to get started but this is ultimately your responsibility.
