To Dave Mink CEO, TRAXsales.com

Dave,

I wanted to let you know how things are going for us with Trax. I have been in sales for eight years and I have had some experience with a similar system when I was in the car business. I have been in retail furniture sales for the past five years and never has there been, to my knowledge, a software program so specific to my industry. I'm very excited someone finally took the lead on this enabling me to perform at a higher level.

I have been a consistent performer in sales, with over a million dollars in sales each year, but as most eager salespeople I wanted more! I've seen months where I have written $160,000 in sales in a single month and the next month slip to around $80,000 as I was too busy following up on the sales I made the month before. This has always been a big frustration to me and really makes you wonder, how can I possibly sell $160,000 a month and have enough time to do it again the following month? I read an article one time about a guy in California, a few years ago, and saw that he wrote $250,000 a month and did it on a consistent basis. I wondered immediately how it was even possible to physically have enough time and opportunities to make it happen, then I read further down the page. He apparently employed two assistants and paid them a fraction of his commissions. Great! Now all I had to do was to elevate myself to a position where I could afford to hire an assistant. Realistically that was 6 years ago and I am still looking for ways to perform at that level.

Trax for me is going to take me to that level! I noticed that the guts of his operation were not in the assistants he hired it was in his methodology behind his sales techniques. He sent thank you letters when people came in. He thanked them when they bought, but more importantly he sent the birthday cards and the Christmas cards etc. His job became entirely follow up while his assistants did all of the presentations. Trax makes it so easy to take a few minutes each day to enter in all of the follow-ups I want to do. I'm not sure what else to say. If you are any good in sales then you already know the key to a higher level of success is in the follow up and the referral business. If your not that good in sales yet then read this again. Sales is a simple process of treating people well and following up with them in a SINCERE manner! The hardest challenge to overcome with Trax is to try it. I've been at it for 3 weeks and am starting to get comfortable with the system, as with all things practice makes perfect, except in this case practice makes lots of money! The owner of my company whom I have a great deal of respect for taught me a very powerful lesson that can change your life. No one can do anything by himself. To be truly successful in life we have to be able to abandon ourselves to the strengths of others, even when that strength comes from computer software!
