Recently I purchased the TRAX Tracking System from Dave Mink at TRAXsales.
I thought I was doing a fairly good job collecting all of the information such as number of people coming through my front door, closing ratio, revenue per up, etc. Within two weeks of having the system I knew that all of my manually gathered reports were inaccurate and inadequate! I thought I my monthly number of new customer opportunities was somewhere in the 900-1,100 range. During the first two weeks of having the automated counting system, I realized that this number was more likely in the 1,800-2,200 range! What an eye opener!
All of the reports that I manually put together from handwritten UP sheets was not only tedious and untimely, but in no way could give me the types of reports I now have immediately available with a click of the mouse from any computer! If I want to know where my sales consultants stand for the month as far as revenue per up, hours worked, total sales amount, number of sales, closing ratio, etc., etc, it is only a couple of mouse clicks away!
The system has freed so much of my time that I can now spend with my sales staff on the selling floor offering support and coaching instead of sitting at my desk pouring over mounds of UP sheets. It may be a coincidence, but in my first full month of having the system I had the largest selling month in the history of my 12 year old store!
My sales consultants love the system as it acts like a personal secretary for them. All of their customer information is quickly available at their fingertips!
Dave and all of his support staff are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable people that I have come across. They are always looking for ways to improve the system and usually answer your phone call on the first ring should you have a question or concern.
Needless to say, I highly recommend anyone who is serious about knowing their company, increasing their sales, and building clients instead of customers should invest in this system!

Thanks for getting that on there!! My people really love having that small thing! Now, instead of entering an opportunity, then having to move themselves back to the floor to enter another when we were in overflow, they just increase the number by their name and enter away!!!
