I
sincerely appreciate your phone message and I apologize for calling after
hours – in the past Mike has been around about that time. I went
on the Internet and was using “*******” as my password so I couldn’t get
in and then I called and both mail boxes were full and then my Vision
Tracks wasn’t working – I put all three together and did a little panic
routine! My correct password is “*****” which I found on another
computer, Ray called and said you were still around and than Mike called me
the very next day! Tonight it works again!!! All is well !!!
I
have been meaning to write you for several months but I just haven’t
followed through. Me and Trax have gone round and round over a variety
of things and through it all I always felt you would come through for us and
you did. I want to say thank you. I truly understand that you and
Trax have had some very difficult issues to work through and even though you
may have not
I
know you understand that being a smaller business in today’s world-
especially in a fast changing business like furniture, it is about finding new
ways to conduct business and survive. I know that Trax has made a
SIGNIFICANT impact on how I look at our sales floor. How much traffic do
I drive through the door for my sales staff and are they using those
opportunities wisely? As professional sales people they should be held
accountable for their performance and until Trax I was lost. We may not
get the buy in and the IGE that I want everyday, but we are always working
toward the goal of improving. Traffic count, closing ration and average
sale have become part of our vocabulary and everyone knows what is expected
– now I just need to figure out consequences!!
Thank
you for making Trax and giving me the opportunity to learn from it – of all
the sales training, performance groups and seminars I have attended, none come
close to Trax. Trax is something I can use immediately to improve my
understanding of what is going on, on our sales floor by using numbers – not
hearsay.
Best
of luck and thanks again,
Mark
