We installed the system the day we opened our doors which was on October 31, 2006.  We didn't realize the full capabilities of what Trax could do for us until we started to compare traffic reports and analyzed just how many customers were coming through our doors.  First of all, we are amazed at the volume of traffic we are receiving on a daily basis.  We know thanks to Trax how to utilize our sales people and at what times.  The letters to customers that print out on a daily basis have been fantastic.  We send out probably 30-40 letters a day to customers sold and unsold.  In the beginning we didn't realize how helpful they would be until we started to see those customers coming back.  We have also received numerous calls thanking us for taking the time to send out a letter.  These letters have been a very nice surprise.  Last but certainly not least:  the reports...Our sales manager utilizes these reports on a daily basis.  She meets with each salesperson once a week and using these reports goes over each salespersons strengths and weaknesses.  She also stresses the importance of entering the customer information into the system.  Overall we have been extremely impressed with the system and everything it does for us.
