This is the information needed to customize your UpBoard

 

We will need:

 

  1. Corporate Address Owners Name and GM (if applicable) with direct phone numbers and extensions

  2. Name and address and Store phone number each location.

  3. Store Managers Name and direct phone numbers

  4. Sales Associate / Designer Names

  5. Sales Goals monthly or weekly by sales associate

  6. Advertising Types used and approximate monthly budget for each

  7. List of General product categories (the simpler the better) after 14 the UpBoard requires that you scroll down.

  8. We will also need to discuss the details of the Reason they did not purchase (or how far they got in the selling process list and determine what you think is best)  What are your exact steps of the selling process?
