This is the brightest TRAX idea ever...

 
We have done it.  The biggest problem and biggest complaint about TRAX has been addressed and is now available to you and is included at no charge to current customers. 
 
The biggest problem over the last 11 years since we started the company has been that when your salespeople make a sale, they need to go back to the upboard and re-enter the sale amount and customer info into TRAX.  This duplicate work has been the primary complaint of the 700+ stores representing 3200 showrooms that we work with.
 
Now all they need to do is hit a new button called < Import From POS > and when they select the customer; it populates the sale amount and all the customer information including name, address, all phone numbers, any credit amounts and much more.
 
We believe this will save each salesperson in your company at least 3 minutes for every sale made.  Do the math and you will see that this represents 7-10 hours per month or about 100 hours per year for each of your sales associates.  You will need to get your POS provider to take about 2-3 hours of programming and send an XML file from your POS when you make a sale to a simple program that we have on your PC that looks for, then sends this customer info to your upboard every 10 seconds.  It then deletes this so the files do not continually build.
 
The second powerful benefit is that it will absolutely, positively, guarantee 100% accuracy regarding sales, because any sale or credit not uploaded are sitting there waiting to be selected and there is a master manager report that insures that this is accurately done, every day.

PS I also know that many of you are not taking advantage of the automatic letters for unsold customers that TRAX provides.  Imagine being able to hit two buttons and print a customized letter for every customer who has already risked their life on the freeway to get to you and did not purchase the first time in.  I have several dealers who do private sales with only TRAX unsold customers every month and do more business during this one day event than they do on an average weekend.
 
Here's why.  The average companies closing ratio for first time customers visiting your store for the first time is about 12% (and I can prove it) if you can bring that customer back on the same project, your closing ratio goes over 70%.  The beauty is that most times they just need a small professional nudge to come back.
 
The key is that the letter needs a personal touch so when they are printed ask each salesperson to put a small PS (hand written in blue ink) and it will make all the difference in the world.  This small task could double the performance of your below average salespeople so is it worth it...YOU BET.
