We’ll show your Sales Associates how TRAX makes follow-up easier, more efficient and more effective than ever before. We’ll show them how Trax aids them in performing timely follow up with customers – those who buy and, more importantly, those who don’t. 

By the end of the session, your Associates will understand how Trax keeps track of appointments, reminds them each morning of what they’ve got scheduled for the day, and all the additional features easily handled by Trax.

This interactive, hands-on sessions will also show your sales people how to;

·        Use Trax in place of the usual UP sheet or rotation log

·        Navigate through each part of the system

·        Answer four key questions before moving back to the On Deck section 

·        Enter new customer and return customer information

·        Develop their customer base using the Salesperson DB

·        Create Personal Marketing Promotions™ using the information stored in Trax

We’ll make your Sales Coaches Trax experts by walking them through the available reports and additional Trax features. We’ll show them how to use the maintenance files so they can update with ease. We’ll also make sure they know how to troubleshoot and when to call for help, so you never have a day offline!

TraxFacts™ is a unique, 2-part follow-up system that ensures your Trax investment doesn’t fall off track during the most critical phase of implementation. Our professionals address common challenges and tackle questions that could derail the program if left unanswered. We provide the personal attention and direction necessary to guarantee a successful implementation.

TraxFacts™ starts with a 2-page Performance Assessment that analyzes store activities and system usage. This report identifies areas of efficiency and areas where full benefits are not being realized. It ends with specific recommendations for improved system compliance and usage. This ensures that Trax is being implemented correctly.

Part 2 is a 30-minute one-on-one phone call to walk your executive team or store manager through the Performance Assessment findings. This creates a time to troubleshoot together

Each agenda focuses on a different Trax report.  Building on system concepts each month helps your Sales Coaches thoroughly understand how and when to use Trax reports to facilitate their coaching efforts. This progressive learning program thoroughly develops your Sales Coaches report analysis skills and prepares them to work independently.

This general consultative discussion time, combined with our in-depth understanding of your performance metrics helps us determine monthly focus activities tailored to each store’s need.

These meetings are held once a month to check the status of the current initiatives and provide an action plan for the following month. This establishes Management accountability and creates an opportunity to course-correct, if necessary.
