Dear Trax Customers,
Included is a program which will take all of your back-up counts from your Traffic Counter TRAX PC and upload them to your eTRAX website.
Please follow the instructions below carefully.
Let me explain why we experienced this problem and assure you that it can not happen again.
We have two separate web sites, a live production site that you use every day and a test (development site) that we use here at TRAXsales to test new reports before we migrate to the live site. The fact is that one of our engineers (who thought he was on the test site) wrote a program which sent 2000 of our Visual Proof Pictures per minute to our live site. This caused all the problems we have experienced over the last two weeks.
This update will restore all counts that were distorted from this event.
Please run this program and launch it after it is installed. It takes one minute to begin the backup process and the program runs behind the scene and will not affect any other programs. It will take several hours for the counts to post to the web site so please be patient.

There is nothing more important to us than the integrity of your traffic count numbers and I assure you that this will return all historical counts to normal.
